Courier Delivery Service
Screen Warehouse partners with various courier companies such as Fastway, CouriersPlease, Direct Courier, Northline, TNT, and Allied Express. Due to the size of items shipped, some deliveries to rural areas in interstates could take up to 20 working days, as detailed in the table below.
Delivery Time Frame
Once your order is custom-made to your specifications, it is then packaged for shipment directly to your requested shipping address. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number; see the chart below for estimated transit times.
Please note that the delivery time frame is an estimation and is indicative only. We do not guarantee the delivery of the item within the time frame provided. Factors, such as your area being a regional area, holidays, and weather, can impact the delivery time significantly and cause extensive delays. Hence, if you need the item to be delivered urgently, please select swift (48hrs dispatch) or express (24hrs dispatch) order priority during checkout or consider contacting us before placing the order.
While the physical delivery is carried out by our trusted courier partners, Screen Warehouse Australia remains responsible for your order. We will assist you in resolving any delivery issues. Please use the provided tracking number to follow your delivery’s progress.
Extra Fees
For delivery to rural areas, delivery fees might increase based on your postcode. You can use our postage calculator to get an estimate of the postage costs prior to placing an order. Compared to the shipping costs for metro areas, the higher fees are charged by the limited number of couriers in your area.
Our shipping fees are competitive for all metro areas.
For Swift (48-hour dispatch or pickup) and Express (24-hour dispatch or pickup) order priority, we charge an additional fee to cover the costs of overtime for us to get your order completed in time. You can select the order priority during checkout.
Refund of Shipping Fees
We refund you in full if you do not wish to proceed with the order, including the extra fees.
Free Shipping Items
For flyscreen products, we also offer flatpacks in a box. Check our flatpack windows and flatpack doors, which we offer as free shipping items.
Some cut-to-size mesh products, locks and other accessories are offered as free shipping items. All the shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
For regional and rural areas, some of the free shipping items might incur a small shipping fee to cover the extra costs for us to ship the items to you.

Delivery Lost & Damage Items
For fully assembled screen doors and window products:
We generally cover the item with hard cardboard and protect the corners with thick cardboard angles.
Please note: Given the size and nature of our screen doors and windows, delivery damage, while not common, can occasionally occur during transit. We offer ‘Complete Transit Protection‘ (available as an option during checkout page) to give you complete peace of mind.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
Your rights are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. How we resolve an issue depends on the situation and your choice at checkout:
1. If your order doesn’t arrive (Lost in Transit):
This represents a major failure under your consumer guarantees. You are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund) from us, the seller.
2. If your order arrives damaged:
Please note: Given the size of our screen doors and windows, delivery damage, while not common, can occasionally occur during transit. We offer ‘Complete Transit Protection’ to give you complete peace of mind. The option is available at checkout page.
With Complete Transit Protection: We handle everything. Contact us, and we’ll manage the claim and send replacements.
Without Complete Transit Protection: You would need to lodge a claim directly with the courier. We will provide you with the necessary proof of dispatch documents to support your claim. We recommend inspecting the package, taking multiple photos of the item(s), and noting any damage with the driver at the time of delivery.
For flatpack products and accessories:
Given the smaller sizes and padded packaging, we never experienced any damaged deliveries. Please contact us immediately if your shipment is lost or does not arrive in the time frame outlined above. We will provide a replacement or refund.
