Urgent Orders

For urgent orders or jobs must be delivered in a short time, we offer Express(24 hrs) and Swift(48 hrs) order fabrication & pickup or dispatch service at an additional cost. You can pick any of the available dates first and select the service at the checkout. The clock starts from the time of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Delivery 

The nominated delivery ETA date is an estimation only, we will ensure your order is dispatched and you receive the tracking number before the nominated dates.
Once the tracking number is received and the couriers receive the parcel, we have limited control over the delivery time frame. We have provided the estimated delivery time frame in the shipping fees estimator tab and delivery info page.
If the item must arrive by a specific date, please inform us of the date by replying to the order confirmation email.
If you have not received the order within the outlined delivery time frame, it is recommended to contact the couriers directly as the recipient with the provided tracking number. We can provide you with assistance if required.

Order Pickup

For all pickup orders, we will send you an email when the order is ready for collection before or by the nominated dates. Please ensure you check your junk mail if you have not received the order confirmation email after the purchase. All our communications will be via emails unless requested otherwise.
Please do not come to the factory if you have not received the order ready for pickup notification.
